Dr. Jonathan M. Kramer is a consulting and clinical psychologist and Principal of
Business Psychology Consulting. Dr. Kramer has had 30 years of
professional experience as an Executive Coach, organizational consultant, university instructor and psychologist.
Jon specializes in Executive and Life Coaching, managing people at work, and helping professionals
become top performers.
Jon has worked with hundreds of individuals, teams and companies, including
United Technologies/Pratt Whitney and Hamilton Sundstrand, TEC Worldwide,
Headsets.com, La Jolla Institute for Molecular Medicine, University of Phoenix,
RSF Technology and G & K Services. He has also been on the faculty of the Center for Creative Leadership, La Jolla.
Jonathan graduated from New York University and the University of Pennsylvania, has appeared on over
100 radio and TV shows, is the author of five books translated into eight languages and an instructor who's taught at eight colleges and
universities.
