Dr. Jonathan M. Kramer is a consulting and clinical psychologist and President of
Business Psychology Consulting. Dr. Kramer has had 30 years of
professional experience as an Executive Coach, organizational consultant, university instructor and psychologist.
Jon specializes in Executive Coaching and Managing People at work, helping professionals
become top performers.
Jon has worked with hundreds of individuals, teams and companies, including
United Technologies/Pratt Whitney and Hamilton Sundstrand, TEC Worldwide,
Headsets.com, La Jolla Institute for Molecular Medicine, University of Phoenix,
RSF Technology
and G & K Services. He is also on the faculty as an executive coach for
the Center for Creative Leadership, La Jolla.
Jonathan graduated from New York University and the University of Pennsylvania, has appeared on over
100 radio and TV shows, is the author of four books translated into eight languages, is a board certified
Diplomate in Psychology and Psychodiagnostics, an instructor who's taught at eight colleges and
universities, and a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Psychologists
in Management.
